Die Setter / Stamping Press Setup Technician – $22–$26/hr
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Pay: $22–$26 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time

We're hiring a Die Setter / Press Setup Technician for a manufacturing facility in Fort Worth!
If you enjoy working with your hands, troubleshooting machinery, and keeping production equipment running smoothly, this could be a great opportunity for you.
We're looking for someone with hands-on stamping press or die-setting experience who takes pride in their work. You don't need to be an expert in every type of tooling or equipment to be considered.
What You'll Be Doing
Set up, change out, and adjust dies on production equipment
Work with stamping presses and automated production equipment
Troubleshoot basic tooling and press issues to keep production moving
Inspect dies and tooling for wear or damage
Make adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiency
Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
Assist with routine tooling maintenance
Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and material-handling equipment as needed
Work alongside production and maintenance teams
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of hands-on stamping press or die-setting experience
Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
Experience with die changes, press setups, or tooling adjustments
Familiarity with basic measuring tools
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Additional experience is a plus, but not required:
Automated feed lines
Injection molding equipment
Preventative tooling maintenance
Forklifts or overhead cranes
