The Junior Manufacturing Controller supports the controlling activities of the manufacturing perimeter, with a strong focus on operational understanding and cost analysis. The role works in close collaboration with production and engineering teams to develop a detailed understanding of manufacturing processes and associated cost drivers. The position contributes to cost transparency, variance analysis, and performance monitoring, while financial technical topics are covered by the Senior Manufacturing Controller.
