Real House Inc. is seeking a qualified Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor to provide individualized treatment services to clients with a history of substance and/or alcohol use. Responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, determining appropriate levels of care, developing and updating client-centered treatment plans, facilitating individual and group counseling, coordinating referrals, preparing discharge plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must possess a current LCADC credential, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
